This is probably a stupid question, but my veins have always been bad - even before i ever touched a needle. Now I'm to the point that it can take me 20/30 minutes to catch one, and half the time it blows out anyway - so I'm a bloody mess with a miss on my hands.
I don't have a huge supply though, so I don't want to be wasteful. I know I can just muscle them or plug them - but has anyone ever smoked diluidid? How was it?

You are better off snorting them than smoking them.
Doing IM shots with pills is extremely dangerous. If you go that route you really need to filter the hell out of it with a micron filter. If you aren't going to shoot them you'd probably be better off trading them for something else like OC or Opana if you can.

Please do not waste valuable Dilaudid trying to smoke it.
You can IM them just double slash triple filter them.
Filter add to new spoon filter add to new spoon filter, IM Inject.
IM injection it easy,best place is you thigh between your knee and mid to upper thigh.
Just kinda poke your finger into your thigh and try to find the muscle in your thigh under the fatty epidermis.
Push the needle thru your epidermis and you can feel when it hit the muscle.
Slowly push the stopper on your syringe in because if you do it too fast it will start to sting.
It usually takes me a 20-30 count to get a full 1ml into my muscle.
IM injection doesn't have to be all the way inside the muscle but it can be on the surface of the muscle as well.
Most ppl have syringes with 1/2" needle pins, these work but if you want into the muscle you need a 1" needle.
I use the same types of insulin syringes IM or IV.
"1ml, 1/2" needle pin, 27-30 gauge"...I usually use 28 guage.
For IM the bigger the needle point the faster to get the injection in, but a few seconds isn't a hinder to me, while IM'ing.
